A: Standard jewel cases are 3/8" thick and can accommodate a booklet up to 1/16" thick. Remember that the literature tabs are stiff and can grab the booklet tightly. (Some say they grab the booklet too tightly.) So err on the side of caution and try to stay below this 1/16" limit.
